The governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, has flagged off rabbits empowerment scheme for the unemployed youths in the state.
Speaking during the flag-off ceremony on Friday, November 27, the governor said the program is aimed at engaging youths of the state in productive ventures like agriculture that will guarantee their meaningful employment.
The governor also noted that the agricultural program was going to guarantee food security, empower youths and reduce restiveness among other benefits.

Meanwhile, in another news, the Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare has revealed that it will cost the ministry N81m to cut the grass and clear the weed that have taken over the MKO Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
